Good news: NBC has ordered three additional episodes of Studio 60. Bad news: FOXNEWS is reporting that the show will be cancelled soon and the order of the episodes was simply contractual.

No! Isn't it really too early to decide? I just hope fox got it wrong.

I'm tryingtryingtrying to stay optimistic because, well, first of all, Fox isn't exactly what you'd consider the model of a reliable news-gathering organisation (remind me again; is Mark Foley a Democrat or a Republican?) or, you know, a news-gathering organisation at all in anything but name. Also, can we really take the word of a guy who can't spell the word "imminent" correctly?
Dammit, we cannot have Studio 60 go the way of Sports Night, Wonderfalls, Firefly and all those other awesome, prematurely killed shows!

FoxNews? Almost as reliable as message boards. Also, I'm sure they have no bias against 'radical hollywood liberal' Aaron Sorkin.
(BTW, I just started watching 'Wonderfalls' based on your post and I'm really enjoying it. Too bad only 13 episodes.)

So, I was watching epi 4 of Wonderfalls today and as they are walking into the bar (~15:20) the Veronica Mars theme song is playing (the original one, not the crappy new one.) The Dandy Warhols? Seriously?
